REGISTERING FOR THE PEG 2001 CONFERENCE

Welcome to the PEG 2001 conference!

All participants of the PEG 2001 conference must fill in the on-line registration form. Registering is done via the ON-LINE REGISTRATION FORM. On-line registering system gives participants username and password for accessing the information several times (see the link to the registration edit form below).

Please take some time to enter the information required and make sure that you remember your personal user account given to the system.

Note: During the on-line registration, participants will be asked explicitly their attendance to the social events of PEG 2001, e.g., the conference dinner. Even if such activities are included in the conference fee, participants should inform which social events they are going to attend (by selecting the relevant checkboxes). This information is a great help in arranging the conference!

You may return to the system later on via the REGISTRATION EDIT FORM and, e.g., check the information you've entered.

FEES AND PARTICIPATION

Registration fee is 2000 FIM (roughly 333 Euro). The registration fee includes admission to the scientific sessions, the conference proceedings, the conference CD-ROM, lunches and refreshments during three conference days, get together party, and the conference dinner.

For accompanying persons an additional ticket to the get together party costs FIM 150 and to the conference dinner 300 FIM. Additional copy of the proceedings costs 400 FIM and additional copy of the CD-ROM 200 FIM.

Participants should confirm their attendence at the conference by paying the conference fee by May 15, 2001. Please note that presenters must also register for the conference.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellations received in writing at Edutech, Tampere University of Technology on or before May 31, the registration fee will be refunded less a FIM 500 administration charge. No refunds will be given after this date. Registration may be transferred to a colleague.

CONFERENCE OFFICE

The conference office at Tampere Hall will be open for registration and information during conference hours.

The organisers have reserved rooms at the hotels listed below. The room rates include breakfast and VAT and are quoted per room. Accommodation expenses must be paid directly to the hotel on departure.
